His music is as colorful, mixed and undefinable as the caribbean people. Whether it is in Guadeloupean Creole, or in French, the artist just let his creativity lead the mic. Most of his influences come from dancehall, reggae and hip hop.
Oblik lives in Guadeloupe, a butterfly-shaped island in the French West Indies. Raised between Baie-Mahault and Petit-Bourg, he has always been surrounded by street artists, and rappers.
After "Contraste" in 2013, "Fort Knox" (2014),"Timal" in 2015, and several mixtapes, L'Heure de Vivre" is actually the 4th album of the artist.
Underground and independent Oblik definitely fights for the promotion of urban culture and the antillean culture.
