DDB is her name initials, IAM so that anyone can identify and get into the vibe. Young DDB is 21, she's born and based in Manchester. She started to sing at 3, learned to play the keys and now also produces. With Portuguese, Angolan roots and a sprinkle of Cape Verde, Diana is influenced either by classical music, afro jazz, samba or afro drums.
Loyal to her art, the young lady always wanted to be independent. Even though her music is distributed on many platforms, she made the choice not to be signed and keep it real. She deals with her own promotion and booking.
But don’t designate IAMDDB just as a rapper. She defines her genre as « Jazz Urban », which can work with soul, trap or afro beat musics. She focuses on keeping her music dreamy, eclectic and definitely real. Music to elevate your soul.
